Ask HN: Any numbers not dividable by 2 with the biggest number of divisors?

I am amused why it is not clear in the idea of perfect numbers that no odd number N can have as much divisors D1, D2... Dk to achieve the situation when the sum of the divisors might be D1+D2+...+Dk>=N .

If I'm understanding what you mean: 945

The proper divisors are 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 15, 21, 27, 35, 45, 63, 105, 135, 189, 315 - which sum to 975.
