I spent a few fun days building something that probably nobody needs, but I always wanted: a minimalistic service that allows you to list your cultural inspirations and turn them into a poster.
Some learnings:
- it's a real joy to just build what you feel like building without a care for business models etc.
- supabase is awesome
- small LLMs (llama-3.1-8b in my case) can act as fairly decent recommendation engines - if they are dealing with a culturally abundant domain
