Yup, I got several of those .top USPS scams. I did a whois history search, found that the domain (and about a dozen similar ones) were transferring to new registrars every several days. I guess that makes it more difficult for abuse reports to catch up to them. Clicked the link on purpose, and of course it wanted a credit card number. I gave a virtual card number with a spending limit of 0. Sure enough, several days later someone tried to use it to buy ads on Facebook.
