Charred red meat still is. There's nothing healthier than slowly cooked vegetable beef soup! I don't like why people are such fans of steaks, beef soup is cheap and amazing!


Anecdotally, one of the first things that helped me with autoimmune inflammation was cutting out red meat. This is very common.

Inflammation is going to turn out to be driving a majority of internal pathologies in the coming years.
