Not surprising in the least bit. Aren't there a few other companies like this who have been busted for nearly the same thing (fraud)?
When i did a short stint in med-tech a few years back (late '21-mid '22), one of my colleagues did a deep dive into this sector and said that fraud was effectively the name of the game, and it was a pill mill by any other name that tried to make itself seem altruistic because it was helping so many who suffered from ADHD.
As an ADHD sufferer, it was so fucking sad to see people pretend to have the aliments I suffer from just so they could hyperfocus for days at a time.
