This includes what actually changed (word for word), as well as some info trying to clear up some misunderstandings / mis-perceptions.

Yup, exactly. The TOS is weasel-worded to pretty much allow any/all machine learning access, they just give an example (functions or buttons in Photoshop, I believe) to seemingly misdirect and say exactly what you've said.
