Article phrasing sounds a bit like this is a “product” from OpenAi, but I think more accurately it is a team using OAI but the team has no links to OAI.
Eh, it's definitely interesting, but it's actually a group or people (or one person using the royal "We") who are running, and they are just prompting GPT4 as they go. Unless they're also publishing their prompts, it's about the least transparent campaign in history as we don't even know the person's identity.
I believe we'll see a lot more of this in the future. The sophistication of politi-tech is going to go up a lot more, and will be taken quite seriously.
