There are some amusing fix sequences on approaches.

The RNAV-16 to KPSM: https://aeronav.faa.gov/d-tpp/2405/00678R16.PDF

"ITAWT ITAWA PUDYE TTATT" and then (ironically) the missed approach hold is "IDEED"

Kansas City (KMCI) 1R has SLOWE COOKD BARBQ RIBBS and TURKY

Morristown (KMMU) ILS-23 has BADDA BINGG

SFO has some appropriately Silicon Valley-themed waypoints: the SSTIK5 departure procedure has "CISKO", "EBAYE" and "UTOOB". SFO also has the SNTNA2 departure which has "KYNNG", "KRLOS and "SNTNA" (in that order).

LAS has the GAMES2 arrival which has "FUULL", "HOUZZ" and "BYNGO".

My personal favourites, however, are at Philadelphia (PHL), where there are there two arrivals named after cheesesteak restaurants: JIIMS4 and PAATS4.

11k for three renames? Doesn't this also trigger significantly higher amounts oft maintenance work for aircraft technicians to update aircraft databases on thousands of birds?

Took me a second to figure out what these meant.

I mean if the words were FAWK and SXYY then sure but most of these are groan worthy.
