uW/cm^2 and other data available from https://www.exeger.com/powerfoyle/downloads/ after a few minutes' web searching. Not surprising that the "newspaper" articles doesn't go into that much depth.
My knowledge of these things is shaky at best but I reckon that the "Hybrid" gives up to 0.0015 W/m^2 and the "Indoor" gives up to 0.000050, which ... doesn't sound like a lot, particularly given you'll have much less that 1m^2 of material on the suggested consumer goods, but it depends how much power they need. Also, devices could be continually charging as long as they're not in the dark or in a bag/pocket/etc.
Anyone know enough about the relevant sorts of devices to say more?
