I already know that H5N1 is quite harmful to some species. Can we have a study, please, that actually quantifies the risk to humans from H5N1-laced raw milk? Because that is what I really want to know.
Not an expert, but: At this exact moment, the risk to humans appears to be very low.
Unfortunately, flu virii are notorious for their rapid mutations. And millions of infected animals means trillions (or more) of opportunities, every day, for the virus to "get lucky" and become far more dangerous to humans.
