ChatGPT 4o vs. ChatGPT 4

With ChatGPT 4o being released to all users regardless on whether they are paying for ChatGPT, other than the benefit of a higher usage rate, what other benefits are there for ChatGPT Plus? Is ChatGPT 4 better than ChatGPT 4o, or is 4o better and faster? ChatGPT advertises ChatGPT 4o as their "Newest and most advanced model".

I generally use GPT-4o for tasks that I know ChatGPT is really good. Basic web dev or infra debugging. I get my answers much faster and they are typically correct.

ChatGPT 4 typically I use when 4o doesn't follow detailed instructions or is producing incorrect answers.

From what I've read there's a trade off in terms of speed and accuracy. 4o is much faster, but its responses will sometimes have lower quality vs 4.

The problem is that 4o is also more willing to answer. It's definitely not perfect but it's less "lazy". 4 will often describe the process of writing a program for you instead of actually doing it, or leave out all the contents of the good part with a comment saying to do it yourself.

4o does tend to explain how a program is going to work for so long that it runs out of tokens though.
