the limited feedback from https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=siumauricio here and the stonewall response to the, very serious, license issue discussion on github is very concerning.

this has every look of a potentially talented developer that seriously misunderstands the legalities and role of open-source. there's probably a way to do what they intend, but this ain't it. and you don't make "open-source" but say "mine! mine! you can't change it/use it".

does this violate any github policy? certainly the apache foundation should have a word.
