I don't agree that's what it shows. Hopefully, it shows that US regulators don't trust Amazon any more than anyone else. However, their jurisdiction restricts them largely to US companies.
I think these big companies are already too big. And stopping them from buying more markets specially when they have such significant marketplace is only sensible.
