On: Transformers.js – Run Transformers directly in the browser

can someone explain what this means I can do with it if I know vanilla JavaScript?

would transformers.js allow me to somehow executive that in my own local or online app programmatically?

I think running locally is exactly what it's meant to do. I see an example using image upscaling (https://huggingface.co/docs/transformers.js/main/en/api/pipe...) but I have not used it.
