Congrats on launching! I know it can be a scary thing to do.
I browsed your landing page and signed in to test it. Here is my feedback, hope it is useful.
- the headline is not explaining your product in a clear language, at least for me. The section deeper down the landing page does it better: "Upload a bunch of videos and our AI will create TikTok stories in your voice!". This together with the video makes a product click for me.
- Would be cool if the video had an option to play sound as well. As big part of your product is voice clonning, I would like to hear if voice sounds ok.
- I checked the pricing and it's reasonable. I wonder if agency plan is going to be working for agencies, maybe they would need more video upload time?
I signed in to test.
- User is redirected to the dashboard and has one clear action they can take -> Create new short. This is good! No need for complicated onboarding and you can give value immediately.
- Uploading videos have some friction. On computer I had to go to google photos, download videos and then upload them. Not sure if you can remove friction here, maybe by adding an option to connect iCloud / google photos somehow automatically.
- After downloading multiple videos, I tried to drag them onto your form. It failed, saying I need to uplaod one video. This is small, but it confused me, as on landing page you say upload VIDEOS and here we upload one.
- Unfortunately after dropping one video, you show an error that I need to upgrade before doing that. That's such a bummer, and I believe a dealbreaker for most users! I was expecting I can try your app before paying! I believe you should be clear that the user cannot try the app without paying, and ask for money at the beginning. You could try showing value in a cheap way, for example by showing more examples of quality your app is generating, but for me the price is way to high to try it, without enough value demonstrated at this step.
- small nitpick, in your app when you click InstaShorts in top left corner, your routes redirect to some default screen, showing the template you are using. Probably want to hide it!
- very small nitpick but selected sidebar item having the same background as main content is clashing a bit and makes the app look strange.
Please let me know if this is helpful, and good luck!
