Brands forbid advertising agencies from using AI (80.lv)

Those reasons don’t seem that valid. Surely another brands creative imprint would be seen before publication and could equally be introduced from using 3rd party stock content or artists that have worked on other projects.

Not letting your ad agency use AI won’t stop your content being used to train other AI models either.


I would be worried about marketing through any org not actively developing AI enhanced marketing tools.

At some point, the AI powered marketing orgs are going to start being the standard, and anti AI orgs won't be able to make the crazy AI powered ads that people will have learned to recognize.


This is smart because, in America, AI content is not copyrightable.

... which sounds like it's going to be more and more difficult to determine over time.
