Understandably long report and touches a lot of areas. But analysis part seems to be mostly hearsay only. For example, demonetization part is not done justice to.


Eh. On infra, I would argue that the government has shown foresight in building for the future, and not for the past. So what if today the new expressway had very few takers, tomorrow, something will grow near the exits, improving the land around as well.

So what if a nominally superfluous statue was built, it is not very expensive in the grand scheme of things.

If the people of the country are on average more prosperous, more happy, is that not the goal of the government.

Yes, the government has probably mishandled some issues, but will the alternative be any better?

That is after all a value judgement that we the people have to make.
