"performant silicon" autonomy is a very long and hard road.

I would do the same thing but not for the same reasons: I want control without toxic global IP of my hardware.

That makes me thing about the in-order RISC-V implementation from a spanish uni. (spanish?).


They may not need the top of the line CPUs for government machines. I can understand their government’s desire to do so.
