The retained features of your neural network shaped by having a body and experience and the implicit features resulting from millions of years of evolution are the features you are positing still exists if you temporarily deprive your subject of sensation and memory. If we subtract the former by say raising a brain entirely disconnected from any sensation and then attempt to wire it into a body after being deprived for that initial period discounting the challenge and the fact that a brain so developed would presumably be ruined and insane by developing absent of actual input what would it say if it could adapt about the period prior to connection?
