The Library of Congress would be the place to archive this.


I immediately wondered whether they included SciHub in their study

These archives are at great legal threat of shutdown but have also proved surprisingly resilient. This just further proves that projects like SciHub are absolutely essential and must be protected at all costs. Nobody cares more about preservation of knowledge and culture than loosely organized groups of volunteers.
