What is the point of communicating how many "points" a post has when posts with 3 points and 6 points 1 hour ago are on the front page while this one with 16 points 21 minutes ago is buried on the second
I think posts flagged fall of in ranking quickly. Since this was already discussed yesterday and has a potential for flame war people may have flagged it. But I agree the system is opaque and possibly gamed. e.g. I believe all MSFT related posts fall quickly compared to other.
