Chrome bookmark flow getting worse

Can't see flag #simplified-bookmark-save-flow to turn off

chrome://flags/#simplified-bookmark-save-flow

Looks like extra step before selecting folder is now forced by default and you can't change that

Thanks for adding the links. I saw the old discussion (4mo) about the issue but then it was easy fixable with flags. Now it's gone for good. The bookmark flow is forced this way.
