You need to read the fine print when registered a ccTLD to ensure you meet their requirements and/or don't infringe on their stipulations of use/ownership.
The .ai TLD has some rules/restrictions most may not know about. Heck, some may not even know that TLDs like .ai (Anguilla), .io (British Indian Ocean Territory), .co (Colombia) and .tv (Tuvalu) are ccTLDs.
