> A spokesperson for YouTube said it had removed tens of thousands of harmful videos and terminated thousands of channels during the conflict between Israel and Gaza, and that it had teams are working around the clock to monitor for harmful footage content.
I wonder if procedures are in place to ensure evidence preservation. Many of these videos are evidence of war crimes. Does ICJ have the power to subpoena Youtube and other media, to retrive removed videos depicting human rights violations?
That's a pretty selective list of claims they chose to investigate. In the "Gender-Based Violence" section, they list their conclusion "Continuing Research" despite saying "Sexual assault, committed either by militants and/or civilians from Gaza, likely occurred, primarily at the site of the Nova festival and surrounding area according to eyewitness accounts". They doubt any testimony from Israelis that points out Hamas atrocities, but cite uncritically the letter that Danielle Aloni wrote while captured praising her captors. None of it passes the smell test.
