We're (nextpunch.com) starting to gear up on our sales process, unfortunately, I don't have all that much experience in hitting the phones on a daily basis...nevermind knowing all the key metrics to measure.
I would love to be able to talk to someone who has experience in the sales funnel of a B2B SaaS product. When to call, how often to call, creating scripts, etc.
