Cool concept, sort of like a stack overflow incentivised by money rather than rep (points).

I.e. Someone asks a question by purchasing tickets with some experts.

The expert that best answers the question gets the (ethereum) bounty.

Tickets with experts become more expensive the greater the demand for that expert.

Could be tough to get people on there (i.e. typical marketplace 'chicken and egg' problem).
