That read like a house episode. They did all the test, only to discover it was the one rare thing that explains all symptoms contracted in the most obvious way. :)


Ah yes this is why we are not supposed to feed honey to infants!


This came up recently (a month or so ago) in the currently-airing _Kusuriya no Hitorigoto_ anime where it caused some issues in the Chinese Royal Palace.


You'd think they would say that.

Crawling on a floor also has a risk, but that's acceptable. You could read the article and think it's like dirt exposure part of being a baby.

Not that babies or kids should be eating pure sugar like honey anyway, but they were using it like whiskey as a medicine so I get that.
