Perhaps in Texas...

Gas powered plants work well, when they are designed properly to operate at cold temps. And Texas should have such plants, because you design critical infra for 100 year risk events.

So someone, some org, has some very poorly designed gas plants and infra in Texas. And poor design, means poorly thought out and planned, which means it can happen with any type of energy supply.

It's good to see Texas going green. But making silly claims that gas plants aren't stable is absurd.
