You don't need ClearCred to do that. And you don't need to pay ClearCred to do that for you. Just maintain your credit card to hold a positive balance instead of a debit balance.
That just needs a little discipline to keep note of your current credit card balance. When the credit card balance starts heading down towards zero, just transfer a few hundred bucks or so across to it online from one of your other bank accounts.
That way, you'll always have a credit balance, and you'll keep your money in your own pocket instead of it going to the Banks as high-rate of interest payments on your credit card.
