I've always thought I slept on the shorter side, getting a Fitbit is pretty interesting to see the data on it I'm usually around 6.5hrs sometimes a bit less, but getting more than that doesn't usually make me feel any more rested. Also a night owl, wonder if that is more typical?


I'm around 6 hours. No naps, can't take them. Plenty of energy for outdoor chores and hiking around the ridge to get sunrise and/or sunset photos. I did so this evening.

I've been living 25% longer per day. Now, if I spent it wisely!!!!
