Operation Triangulation is an excellent talk detailing the discovery, nature, remediation, and future thoughts about the related iOS exploit. Hector Martin has some nice after commentary here too: https://social.treehouse.systems/@marcan/111655847458820583
It's kind of weird that the livestream seems to be holding up a lot better than the library. Maybe because they put a lot of power behind it in anticipation.
I'm reasonably certain they have a ridiculous amount of uplink [0]. But the VOD processing is going to take some time.
[0] When I was in Leipzig the infrastructure review speaker was a bit like "well... we kind of forgot to say it's enough. So we ended up with 400+GB/s uplink. You managed to use about 5% peak" (from memory, I would need to look up the numbers)
I'm referring to the availability for downloading the processed videos. I just downloaded a processed one and an unprocessed (Re-Live) one. The latter was much faster. Even earlier this week when I was testing my setup (having a viewing party tomorrow!) parts of the library were really spotty, which made me worry a little about how live would be.
I'm actually impressed at how fast they're editing the videos and putting them into their library.
