It's well known by now that AI has emergent properties even though it's just a bunch of floating point arithmetic so the plan is to scale up the emergence by monitoring everything 24/7 in the panoptic computroinum chathedral and letting gradient descent handle the rest. The limiting factor is the hardware (monitoring and learning), hence why I need $80B.
OpenAI is a chatbot company and they're worth $100B so my price is a bargain deal for accelerating AGI and the singularity.
