EVMole v0.3.1 has just been released, with Rust implementation added to existing JavaScript and Python libraries.

This library extracts function selectors and arguments from Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) bytecode, even for unverified contracts.

The GitHub page includes accuracy and speed comparisons with other tools (spoiler: it's faster and more accurate).
