This sounds so thoughtful compared to my experience trying to navigate procedures as someone abused Meta, Google, Telecoms and social media platforms simultaneously to generate harm. When multiple platforms are attacked at once, and someone is deliberately performing a psychological attack, you are looking for a quick one call solution. I could not find that when I checked and kept being routed to post the situation in an open forum space. Things have slowed down, will be good to check again. Because I was able to confirm an insider, I seem to have been experiencing a sentiment quite different from the organization’s goals. The only light at the end of this tunnel is reading these goals.
I dropped my privacy certs after I was tanked with death threats and social engineers. Motive specified was irrational and challenging/irregular to anyone’s common sense. It was hard to believe a company I trusted would not have a quick way to report and receive rapid response for safety issue as it was happening.
They followed an adversarial narrative to domestic violence training I received (that vanished from my home along with cyber security training for elders). Typing “I believe” in a mobile game amongst dropping personal health info, contacts, and voice data from as far back as 2007.
One of the guys manipulated my sister in a group home to extort me, and stated he should have known better than to mess with tweakers. He was generally confirmed to have at least Firebase identifiers and access now as I did legwork basically sitting with the attackers fighting back. None of this would be public if I could find fast simple help while I was being hit from multiple directions (including physical threats).
So while a Federal Policy is indeed a good aspiration, it needs to incorporate rapid response for overwhelming incidents.
