As a nuclear engineer, I have to say this is a very useful idea. The complexity of the regulations, codes, standards, court orders, owners group rules, etc. are extremely hard to follow for any human, even an expert. Just having AI to help out with things like "what requests for additional information (RAI) is the NRC most likely to ask given this application?" Could save tons of time.

Of course the NRC may respond by sending RAIs generated by AI as well... :)

Do you still need to send this information per snail mail? If not, just connect the AI to SMTP and let them E-Mail each other :)
