Turning CAPS into another key is the most useful thing I've ever done. Personally I like it as HYPER, but CTRL and SUPER work well on it too.

I've made it so that holding CAPS and pressing:

- i/j/k/l is same as arrow keys

- e/s/d/f is same as arrow keys

- SPACE is same as backspace (ALT+SPACE = DEL)

It does a whole lot more in Emacs, but that's a bit superfluous for this comment.
