There's a lot to say that people prefer endless war over scrum meetings. But I think there's a greater story for the politicos in the room; the way to destroy an enemy is more about destroying morale than killing. That or give them access to the internet and too much free time

Aren’t they “government employees” now, tasked with running the whole country?

I think it will work out. People will quit because a desk job isn’t their calling and others who don’t have better options will take their spot.


Trained fighters will quit, but what will they do afterward? ISIS-K seems all too happy to recruit from this disenchanted workforce.

Meanwhile, will the people who take their spot be able to maintain the government with a growing internal terrorism threat?
