I think the title should be changed to mention this is about the constitutionality of the SEC. It's still very important, but "reshape the US government" implies a lot more.


I don’t think I’ve heard any legal scholars claiming that Jarkesy is limited to just the SEC. Any ruling supporting Jarkesy would likely reshape ALJ’s altogether which could have implications beyond just the SEC unless you think SCOTUS will limit it just to the SEC which would be a strange move (but I guess could be something SCOTUS does to limit the impact of changing how government operates).


Here's the deal, if the court screws up the 2 other branches are going to diminutize them. They have been put on notice. I don't know why we respect their judgments in light of their rampant corruption.
