What about Chairmen? Are they supposed to be insulted by essentially being dismissed from the board, then accept a job replacing their friend who was fired?
All while reeling from the news of the first firing? Without being asked, their 'reassignment' released in a press release?

Particularly since it failed spectacularly.
I don't have to believe the board has skill at communicating normal business concerns, but somehow screws this up epically, as some executive-special-case.
