There's a saying, "We can agree to disagree, except when it comes to genocide. We have to agree that genocide is bad."

Israel exists because of a genocide, and they are currently fighting a foe who has genocide of Jews written into its charter.

So yeah, it's not a case where we will just treat every comment as a sincere discussion with no consequence. We can't just take "genocide is bad" as read, because there are many people actively campaigning for it. If you want to talk about it, many people aren't going to just agree-to-disagree.
