I need to do some market research for an idea I'm using in a school business plan competition, an idea I'm thinking about actually pursuing depending on the market research. I've never really conducted any market research and am coming here to see if any of you have good resources, articles, or personal advice on how to begin researching a market, assessing whether there is a need for a service, etc.
