Reading this reminded me of some academic literature I had to read for forensic psychology that is kind of reflective of a new school of thought in psychology with regard to social justice and the ethical responsibilities of psy-practitioners. It's quite heavy reading, and I read the following articles multiple times in order to 'get it', but they're well worth reading if you're interested in this sort of stuff, or social justice etc...
