I found it rather unpleasant, but I only did it once. Maybe I'd get used to it. But 90 minutes of yoga is a lot when you're not used to it. (And I say that as a marathon runner who regularly exercises much longer, but different skills.)


90 minutes does sound like a lot!


Bikram has 26 postures but only 12 are standing, the rest is on the floor/easier interleaved with relaxation by lying down doing nothing.

First class will fill over intense, it gets easier really quickly and the feel of progress is very motivating.
