This is a repo with install batch scripts that just run a binary executable? Am I seeing this correctly? It is using it's own supplied Micromamba.exe?!

First thing I checked as well, absolutely not. As an industry we’ve gotta get better at distributing tooling..


It'd be helpful to compare how long “normal" stable diffusion takes on various cpus, apple arm, some GPUs for some context.


I haven't measured exactly but, for the CPU and time shown on that page, it looks to be about 10-20 times slower than my rtx4090 which is much faster (less slower) than I would have expected.


A SDXL 1024x1024 high quality image generation takes between 5-15 seconds on an RTX3090 depending on your scheduler. I haven’t tried the older SD1.x/2.x or lower resolution models but I’m assuming they’d be quite a bit faster.
