On: Upvote the "Copy File Name" Feature in VSCode

I often want to copy the name of a file in VSCode without its full or relative path. Just click the thumbs up icon to upvote this feature request. Will save me and hopefully you a ton of time!

Apologies! I figured this was a decent place to put it as many developers read this feed. Didn't realise it was against guidelines. Will make sure to read them the next time I think of posting something.
