Forms.gle Refused to Connect

Google forms Shorten URL site can't be reached: https://forms.gle/

To add more useful info:

1. The DNS resolves.

2. Firebase returns this error:

  Invalid Dynamic Link

  Requested URL must be a parsable and complete DynamicLink.

  If you are the developer of this app, ensure that your Dynamic 
  Links domain is correctly configured and that the path component 
  of this URL is valid.

That's expected, not an issue and not useful. Of course it's invalid when you go directly to forms.gle, you have to go to an actual shortened path like https://forms.gle/ftvi41H3NU2o67D49

(which works just fine)
