also theyre a bit worried about people becoming obese while having low muscle mass, so an obese skinny person?


Obesity with low muscle mass is sedentary obesity. It's the worst kind but also the most common form - the "dad bod" type of big-gut-big-arms is a smaller chunk of the pie than the "walmart power scooter" type.

It's all horrible, I'm convinced it's microplastics, and we need to get oral GLP-1 drugs ASAP.
