you missed the point.

the laptop's battery is not 3.7v but more likely to be in the 20-ish volt region because the cells are in series. the assumption of 3.7v is plain wrong.




Laptop batteries are Wh marked always, because there are 4, 6, 9 cell options, always in series. Power banks are 99Wh or fractions thereof due to airline safety requirements.

If you want to charge a laptop with a 4S 11Wh slim pack using a 20100mAh battery with 20V/3A USB-PD out, that's 4 times worth laptop capacity...? Who cares? Is that why you want everything to be Wh marked?
