Would be nice to see HAMMER2 ported to other operating systems. It's a serious competitor to ZFS. It's BSD licensed, so there is less barriers for GPL-licenced (vs. ZFS), closed-source offerings (vs. Btrfs/Bcachefs), and other BSD operating systems.

Looks like FreeBSD or Linux(?) is the main target, with Net and Open to be abandoned after "Linux or FreeBSD is stabilized with write support."
