The language (seemingly made by the same guy) looks a lot like lisp.
The code is pretty linear/procedural --not sure if "93 lines" is supposed to be viewed as a small amount of code for this program. I believe similar could be done easily in 93 lines or less of C, let alone a language more oriented on code golf.
